Payments

Card and online-banking payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details; Stripe handles them under its own privacy policy. Manual QR (DuitNow) orders are verified by us directly.

Analytics and Visit Counts

We count anonymous page views to measure traffic. These counts use a daily-salted one-way hash of your IP address and browser string, so visits cannot be traced back to you, and the hash is never stored with any order information.

Storage on Your Device

The checkout wizard saves your in-progress selection (service, account, package) in your browser's local storage so you can pick up where you left off. It contains no personal or payment data and can be cleared anytime from your browser settings.

How We Use It

Data is used for order processing, support communication via WhatsApp or Telegram, and service monitoring. We do not request account passwords.
