Order Terms

Orders are processed based on selected package tiers and submitted profile/post links.

Service Availability

Delivery speeds can vary by service type, package size, and live platform conditions.

Target Accuracy and Undeliverable Links

You are responsible for the accuracy of the profile or post link you submit. We are not responsible for orders that fail or cannot be delivered because the submitted link or account is invalid, non-existent, misspelled, private, restricted, deleted, or otherwise not publicly reachable.

Keep the target account and post public until delivery is complete. Changing the target to private, restricting it, or removing it while an order is in progress may cause the order to fail or be partially delivered.

If an order cannot be delivered for one of these reasons, contact support with your order reference. We review these cases individually and may, at our discretion, re-attempt delivery, issue a partial credit, or refund the affected portion.
